The building has  the status of historical monument and the unique location. It is bounded by  Leselidzr str, Antonkatalikosi Str, Erekle II Str and  the square.  The building was in acute deteriorated condition, until significant  construction  works were carried out, which are still in progress.  Soon  The trade  centers and other commercial units , ( hotels, offices etc.) will be accommodated in the building mentioned above.
