MEIDAN GROUP is the real estate development company established in 2000. During 13 years of its existence the company managed to turn into the largest development company in Old Tbilisi area. The aim of the company is investment in the historical part of Tbilisi and implementation of new projects maintaining the architectural traditions.
Meidan Group participates in the development of Old Tbilisi tourist route. The territories chosen for the activity are characterized by Tbilisi eclectic style and vivid contrasts, every site telling its own story and surrounded with Old Tbilisi traditions revived by the modernity.
For present the company implements 20 large scale projects as in Tbilisi as in Sighnaghi.

“Mantashev Trade Rows” is National level monument of cultural heritage of Georgia and one of the most beautiful buildings in Tbilisi. It was constructed in Art-Nouveau style in 1903 by the order of Alexander Mantashev - millionaire, merchant of I guild.
“Diplomats’ House” – the tenants of which usually are embassies and diplomatic representations. The building is located close to important business and state institutions, adjacent to the recreation zone, with unlimited possibility of car parking.
